The use of pole for sports and exercise has been traced back at least 800 years to the traditional Indian sport of mallakhamb, which utilizes principles of endurance and strength using a wooden pole. Though the poles have changed, the fitness elements have not. Pole exercise increases core and general body strength by using the body itself as resistance while toning the body as a whole. 

Aerial & Pole Fitness is a real sport heading towards the Olympics. This sport is similar to gymnastics, but with an artistic flare that you've never imagined.  Boys & Girls welcome.

Our children's program will develop your kids for competition if they want to pursue the sport or if they just want to come and enjoy getting fit, we can do that, too.

Mommy & Me class for ages 18 months to 2 years. This class is a coach-led class with Mom or designated adult there to help their child. Children will be learning basic skills in a fun, safe way.  45 minute class 1day/week for $65/month.

Preschool class - This class is designed to introduce the basic skills in aerial, floor and pole athletics while having fun. The preschool class is for kids ages 3 to 5 who are potty trained. Children will have a 45 minute class 1day/week for $65/month.

Youth Circus Classes -These classes are dedicated kids class for ages 6-14. Students will be alternating between different apparatuses learning the skills of aerial and pole fitness. Parents of minors under age 12 are requested to remain in the studio throughout class.  We offer M-W or T-Th class options. This program is two days a week for $80/month.
